A special thanks to our friend and professional photographer Philip Nguyen for his collaboration as a guest judge in this photo contest. Philip Nguyen is a freelance photographer based in Houston, Texas but spends the majority of his time on the road. Born and raised in the sprawling city of Houston, Philip fell in love with traveling at a young age and later found sanctuary in the unspoiled elements of the outdoors. A technical mind with a yearning for artistic escape, Philip has adopted photography to visually interpret the stories of his adventures and changing environments with emphasis on mood and story.
